A Stress Free Life is Full of Motivation - Learn How to Get It

In my dictionary and the dictionary of all motivated people,stress simply means ''the absence of motivation''.If this definition holds,it then means that a stress free life is full of motivation.The logic here is simple, we cannot perfectly mix water and oil. A healthy body cannot house sickness. This goes further to say that Motivation and stress are Mutually exclusive. i.e both cannot be found in a living being at the same time. This article points out some of the features of stress and the damage it can do to our motivation.
